CCW Refresher Training

This mandated 2-hour refresher class consists of range qualification and classroom instruction.  A New Mexico concealed carry license will not be renewed unless the 2-hour refresher training is first accomplished.  A refresher firearms training course must be completed by a certified NM concealed carry instructor not more than 90 days prior to the renewal application date.

Two-year concealed carry license refresher appointments are scheduled as required.

Cost: $40 

CCW Renewal Training

This mandated 4-hour renewal class consists of range qualification, concealed carry drills, and classroom instruction.  A licensee may submit a renewal application anytime from 60 calendar before, and until 60 days after the license expires.  If the license has expired the licensee shall not carry a concealed handgun until he or she receives a renewed license. 

Four-year or five-year concealed carry license renewal appointments are scheduled as required.
